What conversations do you need to have before you leave?

Communication with your loved ones back home will be different so if at all possible leaving in a solid place will be helpful. I found it really helpful to have difficult and encouraging conversations before I left so that everyone knew how much I love them and how much they mean to me. I wanted to make sure that I was running towards something and not away from something else when moving to Manchester and I wanted all of my people to be clear on that fact as well.
